En primer lugar, se comprob\u00f3 que este virus es capaz de replicar en c\u00e9lulas del sistema inmune de rodaballo, tanto en leucocitos sangu\u00edneos como macr\u00f3fagos de ri\u00f1on anterior, principal \u00f3rgano hematopoi\u00e9tico de los peces tele\u00f3steos. Ya que el virus es capaz de replicar en estas c\u00e9lulas, se determin\u00f3 cual era el efecto de la infecci\u00f3n por el virus in vitro en la proliferaci\u00f3n de linfocitos en respuesta a mit\u00f3genos y el estallido respiratorio, fagocitos o la producci\u00f3n de \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico de macr\u00f3fagos de ri\u00f1\u00f3n anterior. En el caso de la prouducci\u00f3n de \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico, funci\u00f3n que no hab\u00eda sido caracterizada hasta el momento en rodaballo, se realizaron una serie de experimentos previos con distintos estimulantes, para determinar los requerimientos de estas c\u00e9lulas para la producci\u00f3n de \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico.  los leucocitos sangu\u00edneos de rodaballo son capaces de limitar la replicaci\u00f3n viral, por medio de alg\u00fan mecanismo de defensa, ya que se comprob\u00f3 que estas c\u00e9lulas inhiben la replicaci\u00f3n de vhsv en otra l\u00ednea celular susceptible. as\u00ed que se realizaron distintos experimentos para identificar el mecanismo de defensa mediante el cual los leucocitos ejercen esta actividad antiviral.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
