La mayor respuesta caulog\u00e9nica se consigue empleando segmentos apicales o subapicales de entrenudo, cultivados en medio wpm adicionado con 0,1 mg.L-1 de tdz y 0,5 mg.L-1 de aia y con glucosa como fuente hidrocarbonada durante 3 semanas. La glucosa es tambi\u00e9n un az\u00facar m\u00e1s adecuado que la sacarosa en la multiplicaci\u00f3n de brotes axilares y en algunos casos en el enraizamiento.  en secciones foliares de fagus orientalis, el desarrollo de yemas adventicias tiene lugar fundamentalmente en la zona del peciolo donde los meristemoides se desarrollan indirectamente a partir de c\u00e9lulas de la subepidermis, que se dividen periclinalmente formando un cambium difuso que evoluciona posteriormente hacia fel\u00f3geno. La divisi\u00f3n celular organizada de los meristemoides da lugar a la formaci\u00f3n de los primordios caulinares en los que la diferenciaci\u00f3n estructural progresiva conduce a la formaci\u00f3n de yemas a partir de los 28 d\u00edas de iniciado el cultivo. El proceso de formaci\u00f3n de yemas adventicias en fagus orientalis se compar\u00f3 con el de populus tremula x tremuloides, especie considerada como modelo por su alta capacidad regenerativa, y donde tiene lugar una regeneraci\u00f3n directa a partir de las capas m\u00e1s superficiales pero mediante el desarrollo previo de una estructura foliar o pseudohoja, dotada de gl\u00e1ndulas adventicias semejantes a las gl\u00e1ndulas tipo hidatodo caracter\u00edsticas de esta especie, y a cuyo amparo se desarrollan los meristemoides que dar\u00e1n lugar a las yemas adventicias.  se ha desarrollado asimismo, un sistema de embriog\u00e9nesis som\u00e1tica para quercus robur empleando hojas y entrenudos de pl\u00e1ntulas de 2-3 semanas que fueron cult<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
