Por ello los estudios se encaminan hacia la obtenci\u00f3n de an\u00e1logos que presenten su potencia antitumoral y que carezcan de su toxicidad.  en esta tesis doctoral se ha preparado un an\u00e1logo de la parte izquierda del cc-1065. Este nuevo compuesto presenta una estructura de ciclopropabenzoindolona con tres sustituyentes metoxilo sobre el anillo benc\u00e9nico. Uno de estos sustituyentes se encuentra muy pr\u00f3ximo al anillo de ciclopropano responsable de la alquilaci\u00f3n del adn. Pensamos que el impedimento est\u00e9rico ejercido por el grupo metoxilo proimo al anillo de ciclopropano har\u00e1 que este nuevo compuesto reaccione de forma selectiva con el adn y no lo haga con los otros nucle\u00f3filos presentes en el medio biol\u00f3gico.  la s\u00edntesis de este nuevo compuesto se ha llevado a cabo en 14 etapas a partir del pirrol con un rendimiento global del 1.4%.
