De La Concepcion <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se realiz\u00f3 este trabajo experimental con el fin de averiguar de que forma afecta la fibra a distintos aspectos relacionados con el funcionamiento del organismo. Por ello se evaluan distintos tipos de fibra solubles y mixtas cuando se a\u00f1aden a la dieta durante tres semanas y, para determinar las distintas alteraciones cuantitativas que pudieran darse, se evaluan dos dosis diferentes dentro de cada tipo de fibra utilizada.  una vez finalizado el per\u00edodo experimental y tras la realizaci\u00f3n de las determinaciones correspondientes, se observa que la fibra posee la capacidad de disminuir la concentraci\u00f3n de colesterol plasm\u00e1tico sin modificar la ingesta ni el peso corporal. el nivel de triglic\u00e9ridos en el plasma unicamente se vi\u00f3 modificado por las fibras solubles. Se puede afirmar que la fibra tiende a alterar el nivel de disacaridasas en la mucosa intestinal, aunque se debe considerar tanto el tipo de fibra utilizada como la disacaridasa estudiada. la actividad de la fosfatasa alcalina es insensible a la ingesta de pectinas.
