Lobo De Araujo M. Fatima <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La primera parte del trabajo presenta una revisi\u00f3n de la literatura sobre el t\u00f3pico del \u00abclima organizacional\u00bb, desde los a\u00f1os 30 hasta la actualidad, que se concreta en los siguientes epigrafes: (1) naturaleza del clima organizacional; (2) formaci\u00f3n y desarrollo del clima organizacional; (3) espacio y dimensiones del clima organizacional; y, (4) modelos de an\u00e1lisis y m\u00e9todos de evaluaci\u00f3n del clima en las organizaciones.  la segunda parte del mismo consisti\u00f3 en un estudio emp\u00edrico que se concret\u00f3 en el an\u00e1lisis del clima en los sectores p\u00fablico y privado del norte de portugal, utilizando para ello los datos provenientes de una muestra de 1093 sujetos pertenecientes a la poblaci\u00f3n de inter\u00e9s y distribuidos en los siguientes subsectores: administraci\u00f3n central, administraci\u00f3n local, servicios e industria.  para la recogida de la informaci\u00f3n de inter\u00e9s sobre las variables consideradas en el estudio se utilizaron los siguientes instrumentos de evaluaci\u00f3n: escala de clima social en el trabajo, wes (moos et al., 1974); escala descriptiva del comportamiento del l\u00edder (stogdill, 1963); escala de satisfacci\u00f3n laboral s20\/23 (meli\u00e1 y peir\u00f3, 1989); escala de privaci\u00f3n relativa en contexto organizacional (vala et al., 1994); escala de control percibido sobre la situaci\u00f3n de trabajo (vala et al., 1994); escala de tensi\u00f3n laboral (meli\u00e1, 1994); y, adem\u00e1s una serie de datos sociodemogr\u00e1ficos.  toda esta informaci\u00f3n fue sometida a una serie de an\u00e1lisis uni y multivariados (frecuencias, medidas de tendencia centrl, anovas, an\u00e1lisis factoriales, regresines lineales, etc.), utilizando para ello el paquete estad\u00edstico spss pc+9.0.  los resultados obtenidos, aunque constituyen una primera aproximaci\u00f3n a la cuesti\u00f3n, permiten realizan una \u00abfotografia\u00bb bastante completa del clima organizacional en los cuatro subsectores considerados; y, al mismos tiempo, avanzar algunas consideraciones explicativas sobre el<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Clima organizacional no sector publico e privado no norte de portugal.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Clima organizacional no sector publico e privado no norte de portugal. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Rodrigues L.
