El objetivo principal de la tesis es la derivaci\u00f3n de un modelo neuronal que tenga en cuenta los efectos no-estacionarios que pueden surgir en el campo neurobiolog\u00edco como resultado se obtiene un proceso de difusi\u00f3n no-homogeneo en el tiempo. Tambi\u00e9n se aborda el problema del tiempo del primer paso en el caso del modelo de difusi\u00f3n neuronal no-homogeneo derivado en el segundo cap\u00edtulo de la memoria obteniendo representaciones gr\u00e1ficas de la funci\u00f3n de densidad de probabilidad del tiempo de primer paso. Y por \u00faltimo se simulan unos datos del potencial de acci\u00f3n que ser\u00e1n usados para la estimaci\u00f3n de la tendencia y la varianza en el caso del modelo de difusi\u00f3n neuronal
