En total, se han estudiado tres prote\u00ednas con diferentes caracter\u00edsticas estructurales y diferente punto isoel\u00e9ctrico. Las interacciones en estos casos de macromol\u00e9culas se han determinado teniendo en cuenta los posibles efectos de desorci\u00f3n.  otro estudio de gran inter\u00e9s ha sido la determinaci\u00f3n de interacciones en pel\u00edculas mixtas para los sistemas l\u00edpido-prote\u00edna. En este caso, se ha tenido en cuenta la diferencia molecular entre ambos constituyentes para la formaci\u00f3n de estas pel\u00edculas mixtas.  otra de las aportaciones de la tesis ha consistido en la formaci\u00f3n de pel\u00edculas langmuir-blodgett y en la caracterizaci\u00f3n de las mismas mediante la t\u00e9cnica de \u00e1ngulo de contacto.
