Para ello se llevaron a cabo dos experiencias distintas. En la primera se contrast\u00f3 el m\u00e9todo fluoro-opto-electr\u00f3nico frente al m\u00e9todo microsc\u00f3pico de referencia, con tres tinciones diferentes (azul de metileno, may-grunwald-giensa y pironina y-verde de metilo), al mismo tiempo que se analiz\u00f3 la influencia del tipo de conservaci\u00f3n, la temperatura de almacenamiento, la edad de la muestra de leche y la temperatura de an\u00e1lisis sobre el recuento de c\u00e9lulas som\u00e1ticas. El m\u00e9todo microsc\u00f3pico de referencia con la tinci\u00f3n azul de metileno, pudo considerarse como aceptable, si bien tinciones m\u00e1s espec\u00edficas, como la may-grunwald-giemsa y la pironina y-verde de metilo, mejoraron la receptibilidad. Dentro del m\u00e9todo fluoro-opto-electr\u00f3nico, los resultados obtenidos aconsejaron la conservaci\u00f3n y la refrigeraci\u00f3n de la leche despu\u00e9s de su recogida. En la segunda experiencia se realiz\u00f3 el estudio del efecto de la congelaci\u00f3n sobre el recuento, estimado por el m\u00e9todo fluoro-opto-electr\u00f3nico y la influencia del conservante, tipo de descongelaci\u00f3n, edad de la muestra y temperatura de an\u00e1lisis sobre dicha variable.  slavo en muestras conservadas con azidiol y en muestras analizadas a 60.
