{"id":82222,"date":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/caracterizacion-estructural-y-magnetica-del-sistema-gd-co\/"},"modified":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"caracterizacion-estructural-y-magnetica-del-sistema-gd-co","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/caracterizacion-estructural-y-magnetica-del-sistema-gd-co\/","title":{"rendered":"Caracterizacion estructural y magnetica del sistema gd-co."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Juan  Pedro Andr\u00e9s Gonz\u00e1lez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis se han obtenido y estudiado, tanto estructural como magn\u00e9ticamente, muestras de gd-co fabricadas por pulverizaci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica.  se han crecido y analizado distintas multicapas gd\/co observ\u00e1ndose un fuerte aleado del co con el gd, de forma que las multicapas quedaban constituidas por capas de una aleaci\u00f3n gdco, de concentraci\u00f3n pr\u00f3xima a la eut\u00e9ctica (gd63co37), y capas de co puro. Para espesores nominales inferiores a 10nm en la capa de co, se han encontrado diversas evidencias experimentales que apuntan a la posible existencia de una capa de co puro dentro de estas multicapas. Tambi\u00e9nse han estudiado sus interesantes caracter\u00edsticas magn\u00e9ticas (imanaciones, temperaturas de compensaci\u00f3n) y de transporte el\u00e9ctrico (resistividad y magnetorresistencia). Finalmente, se ha desarrollado un modelo te\u00f3rico con el que se reprodujeron los comportamientos de la imanaci\u00f3n con la temperatura medidos experimentalmente.  paralelamente se han fabricado y estudiado pel\u00edculas de aleaciones amorfas gd100-xcox, de gran importancia por sus aplicaciones en el campo de las memorias magneto-\u00f3pticas.  la tesis se comolementa con la adici\u00f3n de dos anexos. En uno se estudia el crecimientodel gd en pel\u00edcula delgada y en el otro se trata la fabricaci\u00f3n de aleaciones co-cu, de alta magnetorresistencia, y la optimizaci\u00f3n de las condiciones de deposici\u00f3n para conseguir el m\u00e1ximo valor de magnetorresistencia sin necesidad de posteriores tratamientos t\u00e9rmicos.#<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
