Angeles <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el trabajo presentado se realiza la preparaci\u00f3n, caracterizaci\u00f3n estructural por drx y dn, propiedades magn\u00e9ticas, el\u00e9ctricas y electroqu\u00edmicas de \u00f3xidos mixtos limtio4(m = cr, mn, fe) y la disoluci\u00f3n s\u00f3lida lim1-xalxtio4(m = cr, mn) con estructura tipo espinela. Los estudios estructurales establecen que los materiales limtio4 y licr1-xalxtio4 presentan simetr\u00eda c\u00fabica de g.E. Fd3m (no 227), en la que los cationes se encuentran distribu\u00eddos al azar. La disoluci\u00f3n s\u00f3lida limn1-xalxtio4 de simetr\u00eda c\u00fabica y g.E. p4 32(no 212) es una superestructura de la espinela en la que existe orden cati\u00f3nico 1:3.  con respecto a las propiedades el\u00e9ctricas de estos sistemas se han determinado los valores de conductividad, energ\u00eda de activaci\u00f3n y transporte i\u00f3nico a partir de los resultados de las medidas en c.C., C.A. Y de polarizaci\u00f3n en corriente continua a diferentes temperaturas.
