Los fen\u00f3menos abordados han sido: las reacciones de hidr\u00f3lisis de lactosa y de onpg con las dos enzimas, en disoluci\u00f3n e inmovilizadas; la difusi\u00f3n de los sustratos en el interior del soporte donde se encuentra inmovilizada la enzima y la desactivaci\u00f3n de la enzima, en disoluci\u00f3n e inmovilizada. Se ha elegido como reacci\u00f3n a estudiar la hidr\u00f3lisis de galact\u00f3sidos con enzimas beta-galactosidasas, utilizando las dos enzimas y los dos sustratos mencionados. Se han determinado las condiciones adecuadas para llevar a cabo las distintas reacciones y se ha discriminado un modelo cin\u00e9tico representativo de cada sistema reaccionante. en el estudio de la difusi\u00f3n de los sustratos en el soporte, se ha determinado la distribuci\u00f3n de la enzima de k. Fragilis en dicho soporte y el coeficiente de difusi\u00f3n efectivo en presencia y ausencia de reacci\u00f3n.#<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
