Se han preparado sistemas polim\u00e9ricos con car\u00e1cter hidrof\u00edlico por copolimerizaci\u00f3n con compuestos vin\u00edlicos que dan lugar a hidrogeles de diferente grado de hidrataci\u00f3n: metacrilato de 2-hidroxietilo, binilpirrolidona y n,n-dimetilacrilamida. Los sistemas se han caracterizado estudiando su comportamiento en condiciones similares a las fisiol\u00f3gicas. As\u00ed mismo, se han llevado a cabo experimentos \u00abin vivo\u00bb donde se ha puesto de manifiesto la eficacia de la presencia del hidrogel obtenido a partir de metacrilato de vitamina e con
