{"id":82238,"date":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/papel-diferencial-de-cd3-gamma-en-los-linfocitos-tcd8\/"},"modified":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"papel-diferencial-de-cd3-gamma-en-los-linfocitos-tcd8","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/papel-diferencial-de-cd3-gamma-en-los-linfocitos-tcd8\/","title":{"rendered":"Papel diferencial de cd3, gamma en los linfocitos tcd8+."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> David Alvarez Zapata <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El receptor de ant\u00edgeno de la c\u00e9lula t(alfabeta) (complejo tcr\/cd3) es una estructura multiprot\u00e9ica compleja de estequiometr\u00eda desconocida integrada por las cadenas variables tcr (tcralfa y tcrbeta), responsables del reconocimiento de ant\u00edgeno, y las cadenas invariantes cd3(cd3 , cd3 , cd3  y cd3 ), responsables de los procesos de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n celular, y cuya estructura global se supone compartida por todas las c\u00e9lulas t, cd4+ y cd8+. Sin embargo el papel fisiol\u00f3gico de cada una de estas cadenas en la activaci\u00f3n de la c\u00e9lula t no es a\u00fan conocido, y es tema de debate si sus funciones son redundantes o si por el contrario cada una asume funciones espec\u00edficas. El estudio de mutantes (naturales o inducidos; murinos o humanos) para cada una de estas cadenas es una muy \u00fatil aproximaci\u00f3n para el esclarecimiento de estas cuestiones. En este trabajo se analiza desde m\u00faltiples puntos de vista (fenot\u00edpico, funcional, bioqu\u00edmico y molecular), y tanto ex vivo (linfocitos t primarios) como desarrollando modelos in vitro (linfocitos t inmortalizados con herpesvirus saimiri), el comportamiento de c\u00e9lulas t humanas de un individuo deficiente para la cadena cd3 , profundiz\u00e1ndose en el estudio de la subpoblaci\u00f3n de linfocitos t cd8+, el trabajo confirma que podr\u00eda existir una cierta especializaci\u00f3n de funciones en el complejo multiprot\u00e9ico tcr\/cd3, puesto que s\u00f3lo determinados trabajos, como la producci\u00f3n de il2, pero no otros como la citolisis, la proliferaci\u00f3n o la s\u00edntesis de tnfalfa, se encuentran afectados en ausencia de cd3  (a pahceco-castrolda zapata et al. j. Immunol. 161: 3152-3160, 1998) y sugiere, por otra parte, que, adem\u00e1s de este papel funcional diferencial, la cadena cd3  puede tener un papel estructural diferencial en el linaje cd8+ respecto al cd4+ (da zapata et al j. Biol. Chem.
