{"id":82406,"date":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/vasorreactividad-y-resistencia-vascular-periferica-en-el-diagnostico-diferencial-de-la-demencia-vascular-y-la-demencia-tipo-alzheimer\/"},"modified":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"vasorreactividad-y-resistencia-vascular-periferica-en-el-diagnostico-diferencial-de-la-demencia-vascular-y-la-demencia-tipo-alzheimer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/vasorreactividad-y-resistencia-vascular-periferica-en-el-diagnostico-diferencial-de-la-demencia-vascular-y-la-demencia-tipo-alzheimer\/","title":{"rendered":"Vasorreactividad y resistencia vascular periferica en el diagnostico diferencial de la demencia vascular y la demencia tipo alzheimer."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Alberto Marcos Dolado <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Justificacion: la diferenciaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica y radiol\u00f3gica de la demencia vascular frente a las demencias degenerativas es a menudo dif\u00edcil y costoso, debido a la heterogeneidad de la primera.  objetivo: encontrar par\u00e1metros hemodin\u00e1micos y en resistencia vascular perif\u00e9rica por sonograf\u00eda doppler trascraneal v\u00e1lidos para diferenciar ambos tipos de demencias.  material y metodos: se realizaron a un total de 130 individuos divididos en 5 grupos con diagn\u00f3sticos de demencia vascular, demencia tipo alzheimer, demencia mixta, controles sanos y sujetos con patolog\u00eda vascular cerebral sin deterioro cognitivo, estudio doppler trascraneal de velocidad basal en arteria cerebral media, y cambios ante est\u00edmulos fisiol\u00f3gicos, y estudio de resistencias vasculares perif\u00e9ricas.  resultados: la vasorreactividad cerebral medida por el rango de vasodilataci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima ante apnea o respiraci\u00f3n en circuito cerrado ofrece una sensibilidad entre 87-89% y una especificidad entre 86-92% en el diagn\u00f3stico diferencial de la demencia vascular y la tipo alzheimer, frente al est\u00e1ndar de oro actual, los criterios cl\u00ednicos. Adem\u00e1s, existe correlaci\u00f3n entre el rango de vasodilataci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima y el grado de deterioro en la demencia vascular y mixta, y entre la resistencia vascular cerebral y la edad.  conclusion: la vasorreactividad cerebral y las resistencias vasculares perif\u00e9ricas, medidas por doppler trascraneal, son par\u00e1metros v\u00e1lidos en el diagn\u00f3stico diferencial de las
