Este m\u00e9todo consiste en hacer reaccionar acetilacetonatocomplejos con sustratos que contengan al menos un \u00e1tomo de hidr\u00f3geno con cierto car\u00e1cter \u00e1cido, generandose acetilacetona y una vacante coordinativa en torno al \u00e1tomo de oro que es ocupada por el ligando ya desprotonado. Las reacciones entre acetilacetona complejos de oro(i) y sales de amonio ha permitido preparar complejos cati\u00f3nicos del tipo amino(fosfino)oro(i), y utilizando disolventes cet\u00f3nicos, del tipo imino(fosfino)oro(i). La aplicaci\u00f3n de dicho m\u00e9todo sint\u00e9tico a la sal de amonio m\u00e1s sencilla permite la auraci\u00f3n escalonada, que conduce a la formaci\u00f3n de ammino, amiduro y nitruro complejos. No pudimos preparar, sin embargo los imiduro complejos trisustituidos. tambi\u00e9n se ha podido preparar sales de oxonio triauradas que se forman como producto de hidr\u00f3lisis de los amiduro complejos. Hemos estudiado las reacciones entre acetona y amoniaco, que han resultado en la s\u00edntesis de acetimino complejos de oro(i) de diversos tipos, cuando la condensaci\u00f3n tiene lugar en proporci\u00f3n 1:1, y en la preparaci\u00f3n de acetonino complejos de oro(i) y plata(i), cuando la proporci\u00f3n es 2:3. Hemos accedido a la s\u00edntesis de tris y tetraquispirazoliboratocomplejos de oro(iii) de los que hab\u00eda muy pocos precedentes. La aplicaci\u00f3n del m\u00e9todo acac ha permitido aurar sales de sulfoxonio, e incluso poner a punto un m\u00e9todo sint\u00e9tico sencillo y con buen rendimiento para la preparaci\u00f3n de un complejo que contiene un \u00e1tomo de carbono hipercoordinado.
