A partir de estas aminas ortopaladiadiadas y por reacciones de desplazamiento y sustituci\u00f3n se preparan y caracrerizan una serie de derivados neutros y cati\u00f3nicos.  cuando se hacen reaccionar las aminas ortopaladiadas anteriores, as\u00ed como otras aminas primarias ortopaladiadas, con alquinos, se obtienen complejos monoinsertados, diinsertados y triinsertados, dependiendo de los alquinos empleados y de las condiciones de reacci\u00f3n. Se han caracterizado a partir de distintas t\u00e9cnicas instrumentales estos complejos y se han preparado derivados de ellos, siendo as\u00ed mismo caracterizados.  los complejos diinsertados reaccionan con co para dar acil complejos de paladio muy estables, resultado de la inserci\u00f3n de este ligando en el enlace pd-c. Se han preparado y caracterizado gran n\u00famero de ellos. estos complejos diinsertados, tambi\u00e9n reaccionan con isocianuros para dar complejos an\u00e1logos a los acilo complejos anteriores, en ambos casos se forma un anillo de 10 miembros. Unicamente cuando se utiliz\u00f3 el complejo diinsertado de la p-fluorbencilamina ortopaladiada con r=ph, el isocianuro se coordina a paladio y no se inserta como ocurre en los demas casos, aun siendo las condiciones de reacci\u00f3n las mimas.  por \u00faltimo se han ensayado varias reacciones intentando la depaladiaci\u00f3n de estos complejos, siendo los resultados infructuosos, estos complejos preparados son extraordinariamente estables.  de practicamente cada una de las familias de complejos diferentes preparados, se ha conseguido resolver por difracci\u00f3n de rayos x, al menos
