La correcci\u00f3n total de estas aberraciones permitir\u00eda una resoluci\u00f3n limitada s\u00f3lo por la difracci\u00f3n en las pupilas utilizadas. Las aberraciones del ojo difieren de un sujeto a otro y no responden a modelos sencillos. En este trabajo se propone el uso de t\u00e9cnicas de ptica adaptativa para el desarrollo de un sistema experimental para la medida y correcci\u00f3n de las aberraciones est\u00e1ticas del ojo. Estas t\u00e9cnicas pueden ser igualmente \u00fatiles para obtener im\u00e1genes de alta resoluci\u00f3n de la retina, utilizarse en el dise\u00f1o de lentes oft\u00e1lmicas, etc. Para la medida de la funci\u00f3n aberraci\u00f3n de onda, se han utilizado dos m\u00e9todos no invasivos aplicables al ojo humano: la recuperaci\u00f3n de fase a partir de dos im\u00e1genes de doble paso, y el sensor dehartmann-shack. Para la correci\u00f3n de la aberraci\u00f3n se ha utilizado un modulador espacial de cristal l\u00edquido. Se han desarrollado los procedimientos de control y de calibrado de estos m\u00e9todos, y se estudia la viabilidad de aplicaci\u00f3n para el ojo. Finalmente, se han realizado medidas de la aberraci\u00f3n, mediante ambos m\u00e9todos, y su posterior correcci\u00f3n mediante el modulador espacial de cristal l\u00edquido, en un ojo artificialy en
