As\u00ed, se piensa que el incremento en la excreci\u00f3n de sodio y agua que acompa\u00f1a al aumento en la presi\u00f3n de perfusi\u00f3n renal est\u00e1 mediado, al menos parcialmente, por un incremento en el fsp renal. Entre los factores considerados \u00abresponsables\u00bb de esta respuesta hemodin\u00e1mica y excretora renal se encuentran el \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico (no), las prostaglandinas (pgs) y la extracelular (vec) se acompa\u00f1a de un aumento del fsp renal, y estudios en perros han demostrado la importancia tanto del no como de la ang ii y las pgs en la respuesta excretora renal a incrementos del vec. Lo que no se sabe es el papel que estas hormonas juegan en el control de la hemodin\u00e1mica intrarrenal durante una expansi\u00f3n del vec, y su correlaci\u00f3n con la funci\u00f3n excretora renal.  objetivos  estudiar el papel que juegan tanto el no como la ang ii y la pgs en el control de la hemodin\u00e1mica intrarrenal durante una expansi\u00f3n del vec, y su correspondencia con la excreci\u00f3n urinaria de sodio y agua.  mtodos  para ello realizamos dos tipos de protocolos, usando ratas munich-wistar, el primero de funci\u00f3n renal en el que medimos presi\u00f3n arterial, tasa de filtraci\u00f3n glomerular, flujo sangu\u00edneo renal y excreci\u00f3n de sodio y agua, y el segundo en el que medimos flujo sangu\u00edneo tisular mediante fluximetr\u00eda l\u00e1ser-doppler, en m\u00e9dula interna y externa renal. Los estudios se realizaron en condiciones basales de expansi\u00f3n y tras la modificaci\u00f3n de forma tanto aislada como combinada de los niveles de no, ang ii y pgs.  conclusiones  el flujo sangu\u00edneo en m\u00e9dula y papila renal est\u00e1n regulados de forma independiente.  existe una interacci\u00f3n entre \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico y prostaglandinas en la regulaci\u00f3n del flujo sangu\u00edneo en m\u00e9dula externa renal, cuando el vol\u00famen extracelular est\u00e1 aumentado.
