Los sistemas de detecci\u00f3n seleccionados, de acuerdo con las caracter\u00edsticas de los analitos, han sido la espectrofotometr\u00eda (empleando un detectos de diodos en serie) y la fluorimetr\u00eda inducida por l\u00e1ser (lif).  trabajando en el modo de electroforesis capilar en zona libre y con detecci\u00f3n inducida por un l\u00e1ser de ion arg\u00f3n de 488 nm se ha conseguido resolver mezclas de vitaminas b y los de los agentes antitumorales del grupo de las antraciclinas, doxorrubicina, idarrubicina y daunorrubicina, sustancias todas ellas que presentan fluorescencia nativa.  los m\u00e9todos se han aplicado a muestras de origen biol\u00f3gico con excelentes resultados. tambi\u00e9n el sistema de detecci\u00f3n lif se ha utilizado con sustancias no fluorescentes pero que fueron sometidas previamente a una reacci\u00f3n de derivatizaci\u00f3n con el marcador fluorescente isotiocianato de fluorescencia. Estos han sido los casos del glutamato monos\u00f3dico, potenciador de sabor muy tilizado en la industria alimentaria, y del ambroxol agente mucol\u00edtico y producto metab\u00f3lico de la bromhexina, sustancias que han sido determinadas en muestras de diferente naturaleza.  por otra parte la cromatograf\u00eda capilar electrocin\u00e9tica micelar ha sido el modo m\u00e1s eficaz de separar y determinar \u00e1cido nalid\u00edxico y sus metabolitos en sangre y orina.  finalmente la electroforesis capilar en presencia de ciclodextrinas ha sido la mejor alternativa para separar los colorantes del grupo de la fluoresceina, de amplio uso, y los antiinflamatorios derivados del \u00e1cido fen\u00e1mico, \u00e1cidos mefen\u00e1mico, meclofen\u00e1mico y flufen\u00e1mico.  los nuevos
