{"id":82652,"date":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/separacion-de-mezclas-ni-cd-mediante-extraccion-l-l-no-dispersiva\/"},"modified":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"separacion-de-mezclas-ni-cd-mediante-extraccion-l-l-no-dispersiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ingenieria-y-tecnologia-quimicas\/separacion-de-mezclas-ni-cd-mediante-extraccion-l-l-no-dispersiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Separacion de mezclas ni-cd mediante extraccion l-l no dispersiva."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mar\u00eda  Fresnedo San Roman San Emeterio <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se ha llevado a cabo el an\u00e1lisis de viabilidad de la separaci\u00f3n de ni y de cd procedentes de disoluciones de alta concentraci\u00f3n mediante extracci\u00f3n no dispersiva en m\u00f3dulos de fibras huecas, ndsx, y posteriormente el an\u00e1lisis cin\u00e9tico del proceso de separaci\u00f3n. las disoluciones de partida son disoluciones acuosas en las que los niveles de concentraci\u00f3n de los metales ni y cd: 0,2m-o, 4m simulan los obtenidos en la lixiviaci\u00f3n \u00e1cida de triturados de pilar recargables ni-cd.  la viabilidad de la separaci\u00f3n de ambos metales se ha demostrado trabajando con un proceso constituido por dos etapas, i) una etapa de extracci\u00f3n en la que se produce la extracci\u00f3n selectiva del cd mediante el extractante comercial d2ehpa, siendo el ph y la concentraci\u00f3n del extractante las variables fundamentales en la etapa, ii) una segunda etapa de reextracci\u00f3n en la que el cd yen menor medida el ni contenidos en la fase org\u00e1nica son reextra\u00eddos en una fase \u00e1cida en la que consiguen concentraciones de cd superiores a los 120 g\/l y en la que se regenera simult\u00e1neamente el extractante.  el an\u00e1lisis cin\u00e9tico se realiza inicialmente para el proceso de separaci\u00f3n-concentraci\u00f3n de cd en un sistema similar al descrito y con funcionamiento discontinuo. el balance de material al cd en las tres fases fluidas que circulan por los dos m\u00f3dulos de fibras huecas (mfh) y por los tres tanques de homogeneizaci\u00f3n con las hip\u00f3tesis principales de reacci\u00f3n instant\u00e1nea entre el cd y el extractante y resistencia al transporte de materia localizada en la membrana describe satisfactoriamente los resultados experimentales, obteniendo mediante ajuste los valores de los par\u00e1metros del proceso, k eqe=1.82e-5 y km=1.58e-7m\/s.  el an\u00e1lisis cin\u00e9tico del proceso de separaci\u00f3n de mezclas ni-cd se realiza siguiendo la misma metodolog\u00eda desarrollada anteriormente.
