{"id":82689,"date":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-morfometrico-del-proceso-expansivo-cerebral-en-embriones-de-ave-y-mamifero\/"},"modified":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"estudio-morfometrico-del-proceso-expansivo-cerebral-en-embriones-de-ave-y-mamifero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/estudio-morfometrico-del-proceso-expansivo-cerebral-en-embriones-de-ave-y-mamifero\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio morfometrico del proceso expansivo cerebral en embriones de ave y mamifero."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Felix Jes\u00fas De Paz Fernandez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de la tesis doctoral realizada consiste en el establecimiento del patr\u00f3n de crecimiento y expansi\u00f3n de las ves\u00edculas cerebrales primarias (prosencfalo, mesencfalo y rombencfalo) gracias al incremento tanto de su cavidad (principalmente a expensas de \u00e9sta) como de su pared neuroepitelial, en las etapas iniciales del desarrollo del snc, en las cuales acontece un per\u00edodo denominado de: \u00abcrecimiento cerebral r\u00e1pido\u00bb.  se realiz\u00f3 el estudio tanto del esbozo cerebral en su conjunto como de cada una de las ves\u00edculas individualizadamente y tanto en embriones de ave (pollo) como en embriones de mam\u00edfero (rata) puesto que esper\u00e1bamos encontrar diferencias evolutivas tanto en el desarrollo intervesicular como interespecies dando, de esta forma, un componente filogen\u00e9tico al estudio. Se utilizaron 130 embriones de pollo y 60 embriones de rata, los cuales tras fijarlos y procesarlos adecuadamente, fueron morfometreados con una c\u00e1mara clara modelo gmbh y medidos sus vol\u00famenes con un sistema de an\u00e1lisis de imagen videoplan vidas 2.1. trazando, posteriormente, sus gr\u00e1ficos evolutivos correspondientes y analizando individualmente y comparativamente su comportamiento, tanto entre ves\u00edculas, como interespecies o en una misma ves\u00edcula en funci\u00f3n del tiempo. se hizo, tambi\u00e9n, una parte experimental
