moleculares implivados en la comunicaci\u00f3n entre el n\u00facleo y la mitocondria, un proceso central en la biog\u00e9nesis mitocondrial y la fisiolog\u00eda celular.  en la presente tesis doctoral hemos determinado la estructura, y estudiado los mecanismos implicados en la regulaci\u00f3n transcripcional de dos genes que codifican prote\u00ednas claves en la funcionalidad de la mitocondria, la enzima aminolevulinato sintetasa (alas) que regula el paso limitante en la bios\u00edntesis del grupo hemo, y la prote\u00edna de uni\u00f3n a dna de cadena sencilla (mtssb), que interviene en la
