Durante la primera semana de vida postnatal, la distribuci\u00f3n de nrg responde a un gradiente rostro-caudal y lateral mientras que, durante la segunda semana, nrg se extiende de forma difusa por el neuropilo.  nrg se localiza en el compartimento somatodendr\u00edtico formando peque\u00f1os ac\u00famulos dispersos por el citoplasma y asociados a la cara citos\u00f3lica de membranas celulares. A partir de la segunda semana de vida postnatal, nrg aparece tambi\u00e9n en el n\u00facleo de algunas neuronas.  la expresi\u00f3n de nrg se encuentra muy reducida en sistema experimentales \u00abin vitro\u00bb, como l\u00edneas celulares, cultivos primarios o cultivos organot\u00edpicos.  nrg es una fosfoprote\u00edna cuya fosforilaci\u00f3n se incrementa tras la activaci\u00f3n de receptores de glutamato, siendo m\u00e1xima la estimulaci\u00f3n de la fosforilaci\u00f3n activando receptores amp\/ka , intermedia con agonistas de receptores nmda y m\u00ednima con agonistas de receptores metabotr\u00f3picos.  la expresi\u00f3n heter\u00f3loga de nrg en c\u00e9lulas pc12 genera: desaceleraci\u00f3n de la proliferaci\u00f3n celular, aplanamiento y aumento del per\u00edmetro celular, desarrollo de lamelipodios y neuritas cortas, aparici\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas multinucleadas, aumento de la endocitosis en fase fluida, cambios en los niveles de algunas prote\u00ednas (calmodulina, map1b, tubulina beta iii y alfa acetilada) y modificaci\u00f3n de la respuesta a ngf.  nrg interacciona con membrana a trav\u00e9s del dominio iq. Esta interacci\u00f3n podr\u00eda ser incompatible con la fosforilaci\u00f3n por pkc o por uni\u00f3n previa con calmodulina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
