{"id":82711,"date":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/espectroscopia-raman-sobre-superficies-metalicas-sers-de-farmacos-antivirales-optimizacion-de-soportes-coloidales-de-plata-y-oro\/"},"modified":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"espectroscopia-raman-sobre-superficies-metalicas-sers-de-farmacos-antivirales-optimizacion-de-soportes-coloidales-de-plata-y-oro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/espectroscopia-raman-sobre-superficies-metalicas-sers-de-farmacos-antivirales-optimizacion-de-soportes-coloidales-de-plata-y-oro\/","title":{"rendered":"Espectroscopia raman sobre superficies metalicas (sers) de farmacos antivirales: optimizacion de soportes coloidales de plata y oro."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Laura Rivas Garrido <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La espectroscop\u00eda sers (surface-enhanced raman spectroscopy) es una t\u00e9cnica basada en la intensificaci\u00f3n de la se\u00f1al raman procedente de una mol\u00e9cula cuando \u00e9sta se encuentra adsorbida sobre una superficie met\u00e1lica rugosa.  las caracter\u00edsticas  que hacen de ella una t\u00e9cnica apropiada para el estudio estructural y din\u00e1mico de muchas biomol\u00e9culas, derivan de su selectividad y sensibilidad, permitiendo la caracterizaci\u00f3n vibracional de disoluciones acuosas de compuestos a muy baja concentraci\u00f3n y altamente fluorescentes.  los coloides met\u00e1licos no s\u00f3lo son un instrumento para obtener el espectro sers, sino que constituyen sistemas apropiados para estudiar el comportamiento interfacial de adsorbatos.  en este trabajo, se describe la caracterizaci\u00f3n morfol\u00f3gica y un posterior an\u00e1lisis de la eficacia sers de coloides met\u00e1licos cuyas propiedades \u00f3pticas y estructurales han sido modificadas, con el fin de aumentar su rendimiento sers. Para ello se proponen dos procedimientos: crecimiento de part\u00edculas iniciales de plata y s\u00edntesis de coloides mixtos de oro y plata. Adem\u00e1s se aplica la espectroscop\u00eda sers al estudio de un grupo de f\u00e1rmacos antivirales, formado por las mol\u00e9culas: azt, tsao-t, amantadina, hipocrelina-a y quinacrina, en el que frente a una actividad biol\u00f3gica com\u00fan, la diversidad estructural define mecanismos de actuaci\u00f3n diferentes. El an\u00e1lisis de los correspondientes espectros sers aporta informaci\u00f3n acerca de la interacci\u00f3n del adsorbato cuando se encuentra adsorbido, pudiendo proponer una relaci\u00f3n estructura-actividad biol\u00f3gica. As\u00ed mismo, se presenta un estudio sers del complejo f\u00e1rmaco-biomol\u00e9cula (prote\u00edna-adn) proponiendo un modelo de interacci\u00f3n para los casos concretos: hipocrelina-a con
