Campestris (147). La secuencia de adns completos correspondiente al fragmento ap43a codifica para una prote\u00edna con dos dominios quinasa, mientras que la secuencia del fragmento ap33a codifica para una prote\u00edna con elevada homolg\u00eda con prote\u00ednas centrinas de distintos organismos. La expresi\u00f3n de ambos genes se induce en respuesta a la infecci\u00f3n de bacterias tanto incompatibles como compatibles, siendo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida la inducci\u00f3n del gen ap33a en el primer tipo de interacci\u00f3n, mientras que la inducci\u00f3n del gen ap43a resulta ser bastante inespec\u00edfica, induciendose igual, independientemente del tipo de interacci\u00f3n planta-pat\u00f3geno que se establece. Decidimos centrarnos en estudiar m\u00e1s en profundidad las caracter\u00edsticas de expresi\u00f3n del gen ap33a; as\u00ed vimos que la expresi\u00f3n del gen se activaba en respuesta al tratamiento con \u00e1cido salic\u00edlico, y compuestos inductores de la s\u00edntesis de especies de ox\u00edgeno activo, as\u00ed como en respuesta a la herida. El papel de la prote\u00edna ap33a en la respuesta de defensa vegetal se investig\u00f3 en plantas transg\u00e9nicas de tabaco y arabidopsis en las que la expresi\u00f3n del adnc ap33a est\u00e1 dirigida por las secuencias reguladoras del promotor del virus del mosaico de la coliflor. el an\u00e1lisis de la respuesta de las plantas transg\u00e9nicas obtenidas, frente a la infecci\u00f3n por bacterias y virus incompatibles, as\u00ed como en respuesta al tratamiento con un compuesto inductor de la s\u00edntesis de especies de ox\u00edgeno act<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
