Olazabal Olarreaga <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>1.- La expresi\u00f3n del rprl induce un incremento de la proliferaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas bmge, sugiriendo un contacto con componentes de la matriz extracelular. La estimulaci\u00f3n con prl causa un aumento adicional de la proliferaci\u00f3n celular mediante interacciones intracelulares con prote\u00ednas de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n.  2.- La prl activa los promotores de beta-case\u00edna y de ap-1 y su acci\u00f3n es transmodulada por glucocorticoides. La hormona induce la uni\u00f3n a adn del complejo ap-1, y concretamente del factor c-jun. dicha activaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 medida, en parte, por la actividad de la enzima jnk. La transmodulaci\u00f3n de los glucocorticoides es sin\u00e9rgica en el caso de beta-case\u00edna y antag\u00f3nica en el caso de ap-1. El efecto antag\u00f3nico es mediado por una inhibici\u00f3n de la jnk, que causa una disminuci\u00f3n en el contenido de c-jun en los complejos ap-1.  3.- La relaci\u00f3n estructura\/funci\u00f3n del receptor de prl en la proliferaci\u00f3n celular y activaci\u00f3n de ap-1 es mediada por la homodimerizaci\u00f3n del rprl-l y las interacciones de la caja-1 y la tirosina distal del receptor.  4.- La prl activa src en c\u00e9lulas epiteliales de gl\u00e1ndula mamaria.
