La calibracion se realiza en todos los casos por procedimientos multivariantes.  en los ba\u00f1os se analizan tanto los componentes organicos presentes como algunas especies metalicas. Los recubrimientos de zn\/ni se analizan previa derivatizacion cromogenica de su disolucion en ac.  clorhidrico. Todas las medidas se han realizado en la region del uv-vis, utilizando la regresion lineal multiple clasica como tecnica de calibracion.  las fibras de algodon-poliester se analizan mediante medidas de reflectancia difusa en el infrarrojo proximo, utilizando la regresion lineal multiple inversa y la regresion parcial por minimos cuadrados (plsr) para su calibracion.  el procedimiento propuesto evita el tratamiento previo de la muestra, reduciendo el tiempo de analisis de 20 hr. A 1 min., Con una precision del mismo orden que la del metodo de referencia (une 40-110-79). El analisis de aditivos en formulaciones comerciales de caucho se realiza tanto en las dosificaciones empleadas en el proceso de preparacion anterior a la vulcanizacion, como en muestras de caucho vulcanizado. Se utiliza a plsr como tecnica de calibracion sobre medidas realizadas en la region del infrarrojo medio.
