Los dos primeros tienen car\u00e1cter introductorio. El primero demuestra las influencias de otros te\u00f3logos en la labor eclesiol\u00f3gica de congar. El segundo presente la condici\u00f3n de la pneumatolog\u00eda en la primera mitad del siglo xx. Siendo un te\u00f3logo arraigado en la tradici\u00f3n latina, congar mantiene un constante di\u00e1logo con otros cristianos. Sus planteamientos est\u00e1n influenciados por la teolog\u00eda ortodoxa y la protestante. El objetivo de esta parte consiste en subrayar el car\u00e1cter ecum\u00e9nico de la obra del autor y en situar los inicios de su trabajo en el conjunto de la reflexi\u00f3n eclesiol\u00f3gico-pneumatol\u00f3gica. de esta forma, se puede valorar mejor la aportaci\u00f3n de congar respecto a la problem\u00e1tica estudiada.  siguendo el orden cronol\u00f3gico de los escritos y poniendo un acento especial en los estudios: chr\u00e9tiens d\u00e9sunis (1937), vraie et fausse r\u00e9forme (1950), chr\u00e9tiens en dialogue (1964) y je crois en lsprit saint (1979-80), en los cuatro siguientes cap\u00edtulos se analiza el tema de la tesis. El desarrollo de los planteamientos pneumatol\u00f3gicos posee implicaciones eclesiol\u00f3gicas y, por consiguiente, ecum\u00e9nicas. la recuperaci\u00f3n del esp\u00edritu santo en la eclesiolog\u00eda fundamenta la visi\u00f3n trinitaria y comunitaria de la iglesia. Congar pone de relieve el equilibrio cristol\u00f3gico-pneumatol\u00f3gico en la eclesiolog\u00eda. La evoluci\u00f3n de la pneumatolog\u00eda de congar est\u00e1 influenciada por el di\u00e1logo teol\u00f3gico con la ortodoxia y con el protestantismo. Su perspectiva posee un considerable significado para un acercamiento ecum\u00e9nico. La unidad plena de las iglesias cristianas postula la comuni\u00f3n en la \u00abres\u00bb y en el \u00absacramentum\u00bb.
