Carmen Fern\u00e1ndez Figueroa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se describen los resultados obtenidos en la s\u00edntesis enantioselectiva de \u00e1cidos e-amino-4-fosfonobutanoico sustitu\u00eddos en las posiciones alfa y beta al \u00e1tomo de f\u00f3rforo, compuesto de gran utilidad en el estudio de las relaciones estructura\/actividad de los receptores metabotr\u00f3picos del \u00e1cido glut\u00e1mico. para llevar a cabo dicha s\u00edntesis se ensayaron, en primer lugar, las reacciones de adicci\u00f3n conjugada de azaenolatos derivados del \u00e9ter de biolactina de schollkopf sobre vinilfosfonatos funcionalizados en las posiciones alfa y beta al f\u00f3sforo con grupos alquilo, arilo, sililo, benciloxi, estannilo, etc. En segundo lugar, con el objeto de establecer una nueva ruta de acceso a los \u00e1cidos fosfonobutanoicos sustitu\u00eddos en alfa al f\u00f3sforo, se estudiar\u00e1n los procesos de sustituci\u00f3n electr\u00f3fila \u00abv\u00eda enolato\u00bb sobre el \u00e9ter de bislactina derivado del ciclo d-val-ap4  as\u00ed como los procesos de olefinaci\u00f3n tipo w-e o peterson cuando el sustituyente en alfa al f\u00f3sforo era capaz de estabilizar carbaniones.
