Muinelo Castro <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta memoria se pretende generalizar las aplicaciones del \u00abefecto terc-amino\u00bb a la preparaci\u00f3n de nuevos sistemas heteroc\u00edclicos con potencial inter\u00e9s farmacol\u00f3gico, as\u00ed como la transformaci\u00f3n de estos sistemas en derivados tric\u00edclicos de los antibi\u00f3ticos del tipo quinolona.  el empleo de la 2-cloro-3-formilpiridina y la 4-bromo-3-formilpiridina permite obtener 1,8- y 1,6-naftiridinas fusionadas por su lado \u00aba\u00bb con diversas aminas, mientras que la utilizaci\u00f3n de la 4-cloro-5-formil-2,6-dimetoxipirimidina y el 6-cloro-5-formil-1,3-dimetiluracilo hace posible la preparaci\u00f3n de pirido 2,3-d pirimidinas.  el comportamiento exhibido por las 4-amino-3-binilpiridinas ampl\u00edalas v\u00edas de formaci\u00f3n de heterociclos, estableci\u00e9ndose una cuarta ruta para la ciclaci\u00f3n mediante el \u00abefecto terc-amino\u00bb que comprende la interacci\u00f3n del sustituyente insaturadosobre el anillo arom\u00e1tico con un grupo beta-metileno al \u00e1tomo de nitr\u00f3geno terciario.  las 4-alquilarilamino-5-vinilpirimidinas experimentan isomerizaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica mediante una secuencia de electrociclaci\u00f3n-aromatizaci\u00f3n proporcionando compuestos heterotetrac\u00edclicos con un n\u00facleo de pirido 2,3-d
