Este efectovasomtor posr\u00eda ser beneficioso enpatolog\u00edas cuya fase fisiopatologica es la isquemia. Este es el caso del s\u00edndrome de isquemia ocular cr\u00f3nica y dentro del mismo la degeneraci\u00f3n macular asociada a la edad.  como objetivo fundamental se palnte\u00f3 la valoraci\u00f3n del efecto de la estimulaci\u00f3n medular en un modelo experimental de isquemia parcial coroidea permanente. Como animal de experimentaci\u00f3n se utilizaci\u00f3n el conejo albino raza new zealand y como m\u00e9todo hibem\u00e9trico la fluxiometr\u00eda por l\u00e1ser doppler. el modelo de hipoperfusi\u00f3n coroidea parcial se logr\u00f3 tras microcauterizar las arterias ciliares cortas posteriores correspondientes al sector nasal de la regi\u00f3n acuatorial del globo ocular.  de esta forma se objetivo que en condiciones basales, la estimulaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica medular induce una respeusta vasomotora que se traduce en un incrementeo significativo del flujo sangu\u00edneo coroideo. As\u00ed mismo, la estimulaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica medular indujo en el grupo de hipperfusi\u00f3n coroidea experimental un incremente del flujo sangu\u00edneo de las coroides alcanzando valores pr\u00f3ximos a los registrados en condiciones basales.  este hecho sugiere la posibilidad de su aplicaci\u00f3n terpe\u00fatica en procesos de origen isqu\u00e9mico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
