Gracias a lo cual el ruido de la se\u00f1as de trasmitancia queda magnificado.  hemos realizado un analisis sistematico de los factores instrumentales que afectan al ruido, oncluyendo la influencia de la longitud de onda de la radiacion empleada, la distancia focal de la lente, y el radio de la seccion del haz previo a la focalizacion. Tambien se ha analizado el empleo de trayectorias de luz de tipo conico desde el punto de vista computacional.  se ha realizado un analisis de la influencia de la morfolog\u00eda del precipitado, en el termino de ruido.Se handescrito problemas inherentes al metodo computacional relacionado con la imposibilidad de representar perfectamente la realidad a traves de un programa de simulacion y se han dado sluciones para minimizar este efecto.  finalmente se ha dedicado un capitulo a los resultados obtenidos en experincias de laboratorio que vienen a confirmar las predicicones teoricas por
