Asimismo se ha determinado que p62 no es un regulador de la actividad enzim\u00e1tica de dichas pkcs ni un substrato de las mismas. p62 y las pkcs at\u00edpicas colocalizan con marcadores endosomales. Asimismo se ha demostrado la colocaci\u00f3n de p62 con receptores de factores de crecimiento y citoquinas inflamatorias en c\u00e9lulas activadas.  la prote\u00edna p62 interacciona potentemente con rip, un componente clave en la ruta de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n del receptor de tnfa. Se ha demostrado que tanto p62 como las pkcs at\u00edpicas, debido a la uni\u00f3n rip_p62 juegan un papel esencial en la v\u00eda de activaci\u00f3n de nf-kb.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
