Con todos estos estudios se pretenden que las actuaciones humanas se planifiquen y ejecuten de manera que aprovechen las potencialidades naturales y sociales que el territorio ofrece, y provoquen el minimo efecto negativo sobre el medio ambiente. la evaluaci\u00f3n del impacto ambiental, da respuesta a estas necesidades y por ello su uso est\u00e1 extendiendo en los paises desarrollados,
