{"id":83015,"date":"2018-03-10T00:07:07","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:07:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/distribucion-de-netilmicina-en-rinon-aislado-de-rata\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:07:07","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:07:07","slug":"distribucion-de-netilmicina-en-rinon-aislado-de-rata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/distribucion-de-netilmicina-en-rinon-aislado-de-rata\/","title":{"rendered":"Distribucion de netilmicina en ri\u00f1\u00f3n aislado de rata"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Aranzazu Zarzuelo Casta\u00f1eda <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>De acuerdo con la problem\u00e1tica existente relacionada con la nefrotoxicidad de aminogluc\u00f3sidos, condicionada por su acumulaci\u00f3n renal, se ha realizado un estudio con netilmicina cuyo principal objetivo ha sido el de evaluar la influencia de las condiciones de administraci\u00f3n(dosis y velocidad de perfusi\u00f3n) en la cin\u00e9tica de disposici\u00f3n del f\u00e1rmaco en tejido ranal,utilizando una t\u00e9cnica de ri\u00f1\u00f3n aislado de rata como modelo experimental de trabajo.  de los resultados obtenidos se deduce que la cin\u00e9tica de netilmicina en tejido renal es un proceso complejo, con la existencia de distintas entidades cin\u00e9ticas dentro del propio tejido y dependiente de distintos factores, entre ellos, la dosis y la velocidad de incorporaci\u00f3n del f\u00e1rmaco al tejido.  se ha puesto de manifiesto que este f\u00e1rmaco presenta una cin\u00e9tica de distribuci\u00f3n dependiente de la dosis, produci\u00e9ndose un incremento en el grado de acumulaci\u00f3n tanto en m\u00e9dula como en corteza renal para la dosis m\u00e1s altas, as\u00ed como alteraciones en los par\u00e1metros farmacocin\u00e9ticos del modelo utilizado que definen los procesos de distribuci\u00f3n; la eliminaci\u00f3n, sin embargo, permanece invariable para el intervalo de dosis estudiado.  en lo referente a la influencia del tiempo de administraci\u00f3n, se comprueba que existe una cin\u00e9tica de distribuci\u00f3n dependiente de la velocidad de incorporaci\u00f3n. La utilizaci\u00f3n de un modelo fisiol\u00f3gico que incorpora distintas estructuras tisulares, ha permitido la simulaci\u00f3n de la curva de niveles de netilmicina en aquellos espacios m\u00e1s relacionados con el efecto nefrot\u00f3xico com son las c\u00e9lulas del t\u00fabulo renal. Se observa que la administraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s lenta del aminogluc\u00f3sido produce una disminuci\u00f3n de las concentraciones m\u00e1ximas alcanzadas en los diferentes espacios tisulares,pero a la vez, produce una mayor permanencia del f\u00e1rmaco en el tejido.
