Se obervaron las interacciones hom\u00f3logas np-np, p-p y 22k-22k y se confirm\u00f3 la interacci\u00f3n np-p. Adem\u00e1s, se observ\u00f3 la interacci\u00f3n p-22k que no se hab\u00eda detectado anteriormente por otros m\u00e9todos. La incorporaci\u00f3n al sistema del doble h\u00edbrido de prote\u00ednas virales sin fusionar corrobor\u00f3 la especificidad de la interaci\u00f3n p-22k y la formaci\u00f3n de un posible puente formado por la prote\u00edna p entre las prote\u00ednas np y 22k.  la prote\u00edna 22k expresada en ausencia de otros componenetes virales tiene una movilidad menor que la observada en c\u00e9lulas infectadas. Sin embargo la coexpresi\u00f3n de la fosfoprote\u00edna restaur\u00f3 la movilidad electrofor\u00e9tica de la prote\u00edna 22k, mimetizando la situaci\u00f3n encontrada en c\u00e9lulas infectadas por el vrsh.  adem\u00e1s de estos resultados pudimos ver como la prote\u00edna no estructural nsl del vrsh ten\u00eda caracter\u00edsticas comunes a los activadores de la transcripci\u00f3n celular,
