Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El carcinoma de ovariorepresenta la principal causa de muerte por patolog\u00eda tumoral maligna del tracto genital, ocupando el 4\u00c2\u00ba lugar como causa de fallecimiento despues del carcinoma de mama, colon o pulm\u00f3n. La mayor\u00eda de las neoplasis humanas se producen por un ac\u00famulo de anomal\u00edas gen\u00e9ticas que afectan a los genes implicados enla regulaci\u00f3n del ciclo celular: los protonocgenes y los genes supresores tumorales.  el oncogen her\/2 codifica una prote\u00edna denominada p185 que actua como un receptor de los factores de crecimeinto. Sus alteraciones se consideranun evento precoz en la carcinogenesis. La amplificaci\u00f3n de her\/2 neu se ha descrito conm\u00e1s frecuencia en estados avanzados, tumores bien diferenciados y ca. Endometrioides.  son tumores con mayor agresividad, menor supervivencia, mayor persitencia de masa residual tras la cirug\u00eda y resistencia al tratamiento. El gen supresor tumoral p53 codifica la prote\u00edna p53 qu inhibe el crecimiento celular al bloquear el cilco celular en fase g1 cuando detecta da\u00f1o en el dna. Los tumores que sobreexpresan la prote\u00edna son de peor pronostico, m\u00e1s agresivos y conmenor supervivencia.  se realiz\u00f3 el estudio inmunohistoqu\u00edmico d ep53 y her2\/neu en 77 casos de ca. Epitelial de ovario, 44 tumores benignos de ovario, 30 ovarios normales y 3t. De bajo potencial de malignidad.  las conclusiones indican que la sobreexpresi\u00f3n de p53 y her2\/neu se observa s\u00f3lo en los ca. De ovario; la sobreexpresi\u00f3n de her\/neu e sun indicador independiente de supervivencia global y libre de enfermedad; la sobreexpresi\u00f3n de ambos genes se observa en ca.
