seleccionado trece cepas de microorganismos productores de lipasas. se han ensayado tanto reacciones de hidr\u00f3lisis de \u00e1cidos grasos, esterifici\u00f3n y transeesterficaci\u00f3n como reacciones con acil-aceptores no naturales: epoxidaci\u00f3n, de alquenos, aminolisis de \u00e9steres, alcoxicarbonilaci\u00f3n de aminas y s\u00edntesis de 1,4-dihidropiridinas \u00f3pticamente activas.  posteriormente se elegieroncinco cepas que resultaron ser las m\u00e1s interesantes en el procesod e selcci\u00f3ny se realiz\u00f3 un estudio de inmovilizaci\u00f3n de dichas lipasas en diferentes grados de pureza.  finalmente se ha realizado un estudio de las variables que controlan el procesod e transesterificaci\u00f3n del r,s 1-feniletanol, usando bicoatalizadores  obtenidos a partir de la lipasa de \u00abpseudomonas caepacea\u00bb en diversos grados de pureza y de distintos or\u00edgenes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
