Tras el analisis de los diferentes modelos existentes en la literatura para la simulaci\u00f3n del transporte electr\u00f3nico en diodos t\u00fanel resonante, hemos llegado a la conclusi\u00f3n que el m\u00e1s adecuado es el tratamiento cin\u00e9tico cu\u00e1ntico basado en el formalismo de la funci\u00f3n de distribuci\u00f3n de wigner, por su simplicidad frente al de las funciones de green.  hemos desarrollado un simulador para solucionar autoconsistentemente las ecuaci\u00f3nes de lioville y poisson siguiendo el esquema de dicretizaci\u00f3n propuesto por k.L. Jensen y f.A. Buot. Con este simulador, se ha analizado los efectos de los par\u00e1metros de simulacion sobre los resultados con objeto de obtener los par\u00e1metros \u00f3ptimos para llegar a un compromiso entre rapidez y precisi\u00f3n. A partir de dicho simulador se ha llevado a cabo un analisis cualitativo exhaustivo de los efectos de las capas de separaci\u00f3n no dopadas sobre el comportamiento de los diosos tunel resonante,concluy\u00e9ndose que la caracteristica i-v es muy sensible a aquellas. Las simulaciones obtenidas sobre diodos tunel resonante con zonas no dopadas asimetricas son cualitativamente similares a resultados experimentales obtenidos sobre dispositivos con dopaje asim\u00e9trico.  con la intenci\u00f3n de superar estos problemas, hemos dise\u00f1ado un simulador que puede ser aplicado a dispositivos reales, sin renunciar a la rigurosidad de la descripci\u00f3n cin\u00e9tica cu\u00e1ntica que ofrecen las funciones de distribuci\u00f3n de wigner. Para conseguirlo, hemos combinado el metodo monte carlo cl\u00e1sico para resolver la ecuaci\u00f3n de transporte de boltzmann y nuestro algoritmo para resolver la ecuaci\u00f3n de lioville. Ello nos ha permitido reducir el tratamiento cu\u00e1ntico a aquella regi\u00f3n en la que \u00e9sta resulta imprescindible (regi\u00f3n de la doble barrera de
