Para ello se utilizan t\u00e9cnicas de biolog\u00eda molecular para la expresi\u00f3n de eceptroes quim\u00e9ricos en ovocitos de xenoais larvi 5, los cuales se comparan con los receptores nativos expresados en el mismo sistema heter\u00f3logo. Los receptores expresados se analizan con t\u00e9cnicas electrofisiol\u00f3gicas (fijaci\u00f3n de voltaje de doble electrodo y canal aislado) y los resultados obtendios se razonan proponiendo modelos cin\u00e9ticos secuenciales y alost\u00e9ricos, determinando la funci\u00f3n del aspartato 268 en los mecanismos de compuerta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
