Con este m\u00e9todo se consigue mayor precisi\u00f3n y exactitud que con los m\u00e9todos actuales.  en primer lugar, se dise\u00f1an, seleccionan y, si es necesario, se fabrican las aleaciones met\u00e1licas que se van a emplear como patrones de microan\u00e1lisis. estos patrones deben ser totalmente homog\u00e9neos tanto qu\u00edmica como estructuralmente, por que el estudio metal\u00fargico de los materiales seleccinados es esencial para el \u00e9xito de las etapas siguientes.  en segundo lugar, se emplean estos materiales para optimizar las condiciones de trabajo geom\u00e9tricas y electr\u00f3nicas en el sistema seleccionado. Con esta optimizaci\u00f3n se pretende obtener las mejores condiciones anal\u00edticas(entre las que destaca el tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula de la fase a analizar y el tiempo total de an\u00e1lisis).  la correlaci\u00f3n entre intensidades medidas y concentraciones se realiza mediante un procedimiento de regresi\u00f3n multivariable. En la memoria se analizan diversos modelos matem\u00e1ticos ensayados y los resultados obtenidos con cada uno de ellos.  finalmente, se analizan los resultados que se obtienen compar\u00e1ndolos con los obtenidos con otras t\u00e9cnicas de micro y macroan\u00e1lisis de rayos x. La viabilidad del procedimiento de an\u00e1lisis desarrollado se evalu\u00f3 aplic\u00e1ndolo en un sem-eds convencional y en otro de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n; en ambos casos, los resultados
