Las pruebas descendentes de transporte tub\u00e1rico(esferotransporte) son posibles pruebas alternativas o complementarias para el estudio de la funci\u00f3n tub\u00e1rica. mejoradas, podr\u00edan volver a utilizarse en la actualidad para el diagn\u00f3stico de la esterilidad voluntaria e involuntaria (factor tub\u00e1rico). Presentamos una nueva sustancia de posible utilizaci\u00f3n en el esferotransporte: esf\u00e9rulas de polimetacrilato de metilo te\u00f1idas con fluoresce\u00edna s\u00f3dica.  objetivos. Dise\u00f1o de la investigaci\u00f3n. Material y m\u00e9todo. Se ha estudiado: procedimiento de esterilizaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s id\u00f3neo; algunas caracter\u00edsticas fisioqu\u00edmicas(suspensi\u00f3n, facilidad de paso a trav\u00e9s de las agujas de inyecci\u00f3n y fluorescencia). ante la imposibilidad de su empleo inmediato en la mujer por la aplicaci\u00f3n de leyes vigentes sobre medicamentos nuevos, se han experimentado en ratas wistar, mediante implantes intraperitoneales y subcut\u00e1neos estudiados en el animal sacrificado a los 5 y 25 d\u00edas.  resultados y conclusiones. La irradiaci\u00f3n gamma(25 kgy) fue el procedimiento elegido de esterilizaci\u00f3n; las esf\u00e9rulas mostraron caracter\u00edsticas fisiocoqu\u00edmicas adecuadas, fueron bien toleradas por el animal y conservaron la fluorescencia durante los 25 d\u00edas que dur\u00f3 la experiencia.  creemos disponer de una sustancia que puede resultar de utilidad para su empleo en el esferotransporte en humanos considerando, adem\u00e1s, su f\u00e1cil obtenci\u00f3n, posibilidad de elegir el tama\u00f1o, su forma esf\u00e9rica con superficie irregular-semejante al \u00f3vulo y cigoto humanos-,y posible presentaci\u00f3n farmac\u00e9utica adecuada en envases unidosis debidamente esterilizados, para hacer su uso m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil y sencillo.
