Angeles Montoro Sanchez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tendencia creciente en el empleo de los acuerdos de cooperaci\u00f3n entre empresas como medio de poner enpr\u00e1ctica la estrategia empresarial ha motivado un gran n\u00famero de estudios procedentes de distintos campos, como sonla teor\u00eda de la organizaci\u00f3n, la econom\u00eda de las organizaciones, la direcci\u00f3ne stat\u00e9gica, la sociolog\u00eda y el m\u00e1rketing.  el prop\u00f3sito de esta investigaci\u00f3n ha sido determinar cu\u00e1les sonlos factores organizativos clave para el \u00e9xito de los acuerdos de cooperaci\u00f3n. para ello, se ha desarrollado un marco te\u00f3rico que permite el estudio de los acuerdos de cooperaci\u00f3n entre empresas y se ha identificado un conjunto de factores organizativos asociados con el comportamiento de los socios que son clave para el \u00e9xito de los acuerdos de cooperaci\u00f3n. Para la contrastaci\u00f3n emp\u00edrica del modelo te\u00f3rico propuesto y las hip\u00f3tesis planteadas se ha seleccionado una muestra de acuerdos de cooperaci\u00f3n internacionales en investigaci\u00f3ny desarrollo que se en marcan dentro del programa europeo eureka y se ha empleado la modelizaci\u00f3n con ecuaciones esructurales como t\u00e9cnica estad\u00edstica.  los resultados obtenidos permiten conlcuir que la confianza, el compromiso, la comunicaci\u00f3n, la coordinaci\u00f3n, el conflicto, el control y la dependencia sonfactores organizativos claves y determinantes del \u00e9xito de la cooperaci\u00f3n. espec\u00edficamente, cuanto mayor sea la comunicaci\u00f3ny la confianza, factores m\u00e1s importantes, mayor ser\u00e1 el \u00e9xito del acuerdo.
