Teresa Quiles P\u00e9rez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Introducci\u00f3n  hip\u00f3tesis  la respuesta del individuo anciano al estr\u00e9s, cuando se movilizan dep\u00f3sitos de prote\u00edna corporal, se halla comprometida, y del mismo modo, la posterior recuperaci\u00f3n y restauraci\u00f3n de masa proteica.  objetivos  1,- caracterizar el cambio proteico global y hep\u00e1tico durante un estr\u00e9s quir\u00fargico utilizando la perfusi\u00f3n de una dosis trazadora de l-[1-c14]-leucina.  2,- determinar si tras la agresi\u00f3n, el metabolismo proteico global y hep\u00e1tico difiere entre ratas de 5 y 24 meses de edad (j\u00f3venes-adultas y viejas).  3,- analizar el efecto de la nutrici\u00f3n parenteral total (npt) sobre el recambio proteico global y hep\u00e1tico en el estr\u00e9s postquir\u00fargico.  metodos  estudio preliminar 1  tras cateterizar a las ratas la vena yugular izquierda y la arteria car\u00f3tida derecha, se instalaron en jaulas durante 4 d\u00edas. Se perfundi\u00f3 l-[1-c14]-leucina (2 uci\/ml) a un flujo de 0.5 ml\/h durante 7 horas, con una extracci\u00f3n de sangre arterial cada hora.  estudio preliminar 2  los procedimientos fueron los mismos, excepto la perfusi\u00f3n de [1-c14]-leucina, que dur\u00f3 6 horas. Tan s\u00f3lo se extrajo una muestra de sangre arterial al final. Extirpamos y troceamos el h\u00edgado inmediatamente despu\u00e9s del sacrificio del animal.  estudio principal  en todos los animales se colocaron cat\u00e9teres en la vena yugular, arteria car\u00f3tida y vena porta, y se mantuvieron bajo distintas condiciones.
