Del Campo L\u00f3pez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el genoma de cloroplastos se ha descrito la presencia de 11 genes que codifican para polip\u00e9ptidos como homolog\u00eda a los correspondientes del complejo i de mitocondrias. Son los denominados genes ndh. Este hecho suger\u00eda la existencia de un complejo nad(p)h-deshidrogenosa que podr\u00eda participar en clorrespiraci\u00f3n. En plantas superiores estos genes se transcriben muy activamente y algunos de ellos sufren procesamientos psot-transcripcionales como: corte del transcrito, splicing y editing, para dar lugar al transcrito maduro susceptible de ser traducido.  seis de los 11 genes ndh identificados en el genoma de cloroplastos estan situados en la regi\u00f3n ssc del genoma y se transcriben como una unidad transcipcional, junto con el gen psac (operon ndhh-ndhd).  por ensayos de westem blot hemos identificado la presencia del polip\u00e9ptido ndha en nuestras condiciones de cultivo de cebada hemos secuenciado 8.125 nucleotidos entre los que se encuntra el opero completo, la secuencia la depositamos en el banco de secuencias embl\/genebanck\/ddbj con los numeros de acceso aj001848 yhvu011848.  igualmente se ha descrito pro primera vez la existencia de un punto de editing en el transcrito del gen ndhd de cebada.  ensayos de northen blot con sondas, cien por cien hom\u00f3logas, correspondientes para los distintos ndh de lo per\u00f3n, nos han permitido identificar al menos 22 transcritos diferentes en distinto grado de maduraci\u00f3n, entre ellos hemos identificado los correspondientes transcritos maduros as\u00ed como el intr\u00f3n (libre de los dos exones) correspondiente al gen ndh-a.  para poder estudiar en que etapa del procesamiento tienen lugar el splicing y el editing, hemos tendio que poner a punto una t\u00e9cnica novedosa que nos ha permitido aislar los transcritos ocurre en las primeras etapas de la maduraci\u00f3n salvo para el caso del punto iii, (situado en el segundo ex\u00f3n del gen ndha) que no tiene lugar hasta que ha ocurrido el splicing.
