Tambien esta asociado con diversos factores de campo no siempre identificados.  en la presente tesis se ha estudiado una serie de procedimientos instrumentales capaces de identificar la lanosidad en melocotones de carne blanda y carne dura. Para ello, muestras de estos cultivares fueron sometidas a diferentes condiciones de almacenamiento frigorifico a lo largo de tres campa\u00f1as consecutivas. el tiempo y la temperatura de almacenamiento determinan el desarrollo de lanosidads en melocotones de carne blanda. En los melocotones de carne dura, los mismos factores no han desarrollado lanosidad.  los resultados de la tesis han sido los siguientes:  -definici\u00f3n de la lanosidad como ausencia de dureza y jugosidad sin variacion del contenido total de agua de los tejidos.  -desarrollo de un procedimiento instrumental destructivo de identificaci\u00f3n de melocotones lanosos.  -desarrollo de un
