El presente trabajo se ha basdo en las caracterizaci\u00f3n de estas l\u00edneas para determinar cu\u00e1l es el defecto molecular que presentan. Para ello se han llevado a cabo experimentos de rt-pcr para definir la cantidad de tr\u00e1nscritos de los genes dpa1 y dpb1 que presentan estas l\u00edneas en el citoplasma. En funci\u00f3n de los resultados obtenidos se handividio estas l\u00edneas en varios grupos; l\u00edneas mutantes transcripcionales, l\u00edneas mutantes no transcripcionales. El primer grupo incluye aquella sl\u00edneas que careceno presentan peque\u00f1as cantidades de tr\u00e1nscritos de dpa1 y\/o dpb1, mientras que el segundo grupo incluye una l\u00edneas afectada en la estructura del orf del gen dpa1*0103 y otra l\u00ednea que posee una alteraci\u00f3n en la  ruta de procesamiento de estas mol\u00e9culas hla-dp. Mediante el estudio de estas l\u00edneas mutantes se han intentado dilucidar los mecanismos espec\u00edficos de regulaci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3nde hla-dp, tanto a nivel de factores
