Los p\u00e9ptidos implicados en dicho reconocimiento son diferentes, para al menos 5 de estos ctl. Hemos logrado identificar el ligando natural reconocido por el ctl alorreactivo 27s69 en el cotexto de b*2705: el oct\u00e1mero rrffpyyv. Este clon muestra un grado de flexibilidad en el reconocimiento de variantes estructurales del p\u00e9ptido, similar al de ctl autorrestringidos. Es posible antagonizar la alorreactividad directa del clon 27s69 mediante sustituciones en los residuos criticos del oct\u00e1mero. La reactividad cruzada del ctl 27s69 son subtipos de hla-b27 es debida al reconocimiento del mismo p\u00e9ptido que en b*2705. No obstante, el polimorfismo de b27 modula el alorreconocimiento por este ctl mediante al menos 3 mecanismos diferentes.  a pesar de la asociaci\u00f3n difencial de b*2705 y b*2709 a la espondilitis anquilosante, ambos subtipos poseen una elevada similitud en sus propiedades de presentaci\u00f3n antig\u00e9nica a ctl alorreactivos.  por \u00faltimo, la presentaci\u00f3n de epcitopos aloespec\u00edficos por b 2705 es mayoritariamente independiente de tapasina. La ausencia de esta prote\u00edna ejerce \u00fanicamente un efecto cuantitativo sobre un n\u00famero reducido de ep\u00edtopos de b*2705, reconocidos por ctl.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
