De Gracia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las sordarinas son unos compuestos antif\u00fangicos descritos recientemente que inhiben la s\u00edntesis de prote\u00ednas de levadura. Para conocer el mecanismo de acci\u00f3n de estos compuestos se obtuvieron mutantes espont\u00e1neos de saccharomyces cerevisiae resistentes a gn193663, un derivado sint\u00e9tico de sordarina. estos mutantes segregaron en dos grupos de complementaci\u00f3n, fpr1 y fpr2. el an\u00e1lisis previo del grupo fpr1 demostr\u00f3 que exist\u00edan mutaciones de resistencia en el factor de elongaci\u00f3n 2 (ef2).  en esta memoria se recogen los datos obtenidos en el an\u00e1lisis y la caracterizaci\u00f3n del grupo de mutantes fpr2.
