Esta se ha llevado a cabo a su vez mediante diferentes m\u00e9todos. Unos parten de medidas experimentales de \u00e1ngulo de contacto y otros medidas de volumen de sedimentaci\u00f3n.  en este sentido se han puesto a punto varias t\u00e9cnicas experimentales y se ha propuesto una ecuaci\u00f3n de estado que presenta car\u00e1cter universal. al mismo tiempo se han evaluado los fen\u00f3menos de rugosidad, porosidad y heterogeneidad qu\u00edmica responsables del fen\u00f3meno de hist\u00e9resis de \u00e1ngulo de ocntacto, puesto tambi\u00e9n de manifiesto en este trabajo. Estas evaluaciones han permitido corregir los \u00e1ngulos de contacto experimentales y conel valor corregido determinar la energ\u00eda superficial de los sistemas
